HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - One person was killed on Monday after a crash on Winchester Road near Henson Drive.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency identified the victim as 64-year-old Felicia Hereford-Kaigler of Huntsville.

Authorities said the crash happened when her Honda Civic collided head-on with a tractor-trailer driven by a Huntsville man just before 2 p.m.

According to authorities, Hereford-Kaigler was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
